How can I find out my Payment Terms?
Your payment terms (e.g., Pay Before Dispatch, Net 30, Net 60 etc.) are viewable here under My Account > Billing > Account Balance.
How can I see my balance?
Your balance is available in My Account section after logging in. You’ll find the most up-to-date balance, including pending invoices, payments, and any credits available to you here under My Account > Billing > Transaction History.
* If you pay your order by card in advance, your invoice type is Cash Receipt.
* Cash sales (displayed as Cash Receipts) are transactions where card payment is collected at the time of the order.
* If you see parentheses around your balance, it indicates a credit or overpayment, meaning funds are available in your account.
How can I print my statement from the website?
We send you a statement at the beginning of each month, but you can also print your statements directly from the platform here under My Account > Billing > Print a Statement.
Can I pay for my order before I submit my order?
Yes, if your payment terms are Pay Before Dispatch, you can pay for your order at checkout.
How does eWay Pre-Authorisation Work? What happens if you’re short-delivered?
1. Initial Authorisation: When you confirm your order, eWay pre-authorises (or "holds") the total value of your order on your card, which shows up on your account as a pending charge.
2. Order Processing: Once we prepare your order, we charge you only for the shipped items. If some items are out-of-stock, we will return the funds to your card.
3. Release of Funds: The amount initially held for out-of-stock items is released back to your card. This may take a few days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
What if I have credits or overpayments remaining when I submit my order or pay for invoices?
Terms Customers:
You can apply available credits or overpayments to selected invoices. At the final step of payment, you will notice the check boxes (credits and overpayments) are ticked by default when paying your invoices.
PBD Customers:
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to apply credits or overpayments at checkout before you submit your order. You can give us a call on 02 8399 0122 and we will temporarily change your payment terms to 0 days so you can submit the order. We will take the card payment over the phone.
Can I pay for the same invoice with two different cards?
Yes, you can! Simply adjust the payment amount by clicking "Edit Amount " next to selected invoices then proceed with the payment as usual.
